Afternoon Tea Edinburgh Catering

Afternoon tea is served on a bio-degradable, disposable platter or alternatively on a traditional stand. (A deposit of £25.00 is required for the stand and will be credited once returned).

£13.95 per person (including tea and coffee)

A selection of sandwiches served on soft white or malted grain bread including:

Honey glazed ham with mango salsa
Spiced cajun chicken with sour cream
Brie, apple and celeriac mayonnaise
Egg mayonnaise and mustard cress
Smoked salmon with lemon and caper butter on granary bread

Home-baked traditional and fruit scones served with clotted cream and choice of preserves

Home-baked fruit loaf

Fruit tartlet, chocolate éclair and meringues
