As Owner Services Manager Deborah looks after approx 1000 owners who have time ownership at The Edinburgh Residence. Her role includes organising their reservations, booking their restaurant and theatre tickets and ensuring they have everything they require during their stays at the hotel.

Deborah also sells ownership weeks on behalf of the owners and deals with any administration changes.
