Starters
Winter greens and pancetta soup with poached quail's egg and white truffle oil
Terrine of Scottish salmon with saffron and avruga vinaigrette and buck wheat blini
Ballotine of ham hough with bitter endive and celeriac remoulade
Channings prawn cocktail with pickled cucumber and rye bread
Potato, red pepper and basil "lasagne" served with rocket and tapenade dressing
Glazed goats cheese, aubergine caponata and toasted walnut bread
Mains
Roasted free range turkey, caramelised red onion and cranberry stuffing served and roasted vegetables
Char grilled Aberdeen Angus rib eye with Arran mustard mash, braised red cabbage and madeira jus
Pan fried fillet of sea bass with kale and wild mushroom risotto
Baked fillet of whiting with creamed polenta, ratatouille and sauce nero
Cumin spiced butternut squash and root vegetable stew with braised chick peas
Coconut and chilli rice cakes with stir fried vegetables and soy dressing
Desserts
Warm Christmas pudding with toffee sauce and brandy ice cream
Dark chocolate and chestnut torte with crème fraiche sorbet
Banana crème brulee with honey tuile and a banana sorbet
Chocolate and mandarin trifle with almond biscotto
Iced fig and nougatine parfait with kumquat compote
Selection of cheese from Iain Mellis served with pear chutney and biscuits
